Compu-Mail has completed the assessment for full Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance. Compu-Mail’s compliance ensures the privacy and safeguarding of all personal identifiable information, including medical data.
Anthony Marchioni, CTO of Compu-Mail, sees HIPAA compliance as a logical fit for Compu-Mail. “Compu-Mail has always taken a security-first approach to data-driven marketing,” said Marchioni. “We maintain the highest level of security measures, and this compliance validates our efforts.”
Compu-Mail first reached SAS 70 compliance in 2003 and has consistently set and exceeded yearly improvement goals. The company also holds SOC 1 certification and looks to advance to SOC 2 and SOC 3 by the end of 2017.
